1) ILT to CBT:- Revised instructional strategies and new platform (media) are applied to convert learning content to an interactive, self-paced learning module.
2) ILT to WBT:- ILT learning content is transformed into synchronous or asynchronous WBT form by applying revised instructional and interactive strategies.
3) CBT to WBT:- This primarily consists of migration to Web technologies and optimizing the media for low-bandwidth delivery.
